Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend is always basketball’s most star-studded affair, and the 2022 festivities were no different. This year, basketball royalty descended upon the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut and Symphony Hall in Springfield, Massachusetts to welcome a new group of basketball icons to their forever home in the Hall of Fame.

To tip off the weekend of celebrations in style, the NBRPA hosted a Players Party at the Novelle – Mohegan Sun on Friday night, bringing together Hall of Famers, partners, media and more to commemorate the Class of 2022. On Saturday evening, the new class of inductees walked the glamorous red carpet into Symphony Hall and were officially enshrined into the Hall of Fame.

Among the inductees in the Class of 2022 were NBA legends Manu Ginóbili and Tim Hardaway and WNBA legends Swin Cash and Lindsay Whalen. Between these former players are countless rings and accolades, but all made it clear in their enshrinement speeches that the love and support of their family, friends and fans were their biggest accomplishments of all. The NBRPA congratulates these legends and celebrates their immortality in the Hall of Fame as part of the basketball family.
